Non-Anaesthetic Cleaning Dog teeth Cleaning

Gentle ultrasonic dog teeth cleaning without sedation or general anaesthetic, helping make routine dental care less stressful for suitable dogs.

Ultrasonic EmmiPet Technology

Emmi Pet Ultrasonic technology supports the removal of visible plaque and tartar without conventional brushing movement or vibration.

Helps Reduce Bad Breath

Regular dental cleaning helps keep your dog's breath fresh and teeth healthy.

Calm & Stress-Free Treatment

A gentle and relaxed experience designed to keep your dog comfortable throughout the treatment.

My dog teeth cleaning service uses ultrasonic technology to help remove plaque and tartar safely and effectively. Unlike traditional veterinary dental procedures, this treatment does not require anaesthetic.

The Emmipet toothbrush uses ultrasonic technology without conventional brushing movement or vibration that help break down bacteria and plaque while remaining quiet and comfortable for your dog.

Regular dental care helps support healthier gums, fresher breath and improved overall wellbeing for your pet.

A typical appointment lasts around 30 minutes, depending on the level of plaque and tartar present. Dogs remain awake throughout the treatment, and many settle quickly as the ultrasonic toothbrush works quietly and gently.

Owners are welcome to stay during the appointment if this helps their dog feel more relaxed and comfortable.

What to expect

Plaque and tartar can build up on your dog's teeth over time, which may lead to bad breath, gum irritation and dental problems if left untreated. Regular dental care is an important part of keeping your dog's teeth and gums healthy.

Our ultrasonic dog teeth cleaning treatment helps gently break down plaque and tartar using EmmiPet technology. This non-anaesthetic method is designed to support healthier teeth and fresher breath while keeping your dog calm and comfortable during the process.

Regular dental cleaning can help maintain your dog's oral health and prevent build-up. If you are concerned about plaque, tartar or bad breath, booking a professional dental clean can be an important step improving your dog's overall wellbeing.

Over the years, I have also worked with many dogs that have been recommended or referred by their vets to me. Your dogs wellbeing always comes first. If I feel that dental cleaning would not be appropriate or beneficial, I will always explain this honestly and recommend seeking advice from your vet.

Are you a dog dentist?

Doggy Dentals provides professional non-anaesthetic ultrasonic dog teeth cleaning and oral-hygiene support. We are not veterinary dentists and do not diagnose dental disease, perform extractions or carry out dental surgery. Dogs that need veterinary dental treatment should be seen by a vet.

What is the difference between Doggy Dentals and a veterinary dog dentist?

Doggy Dentals focuses on routine ultrasonic teeth cleaning and visible plaque and tartar management in suitable dogs. A veterinary dentist or vet is needed for diagnosis, dental disease, painful teeth, infections, extractions, x-rays and treatment below the gum line.

Can you clean my dogs teeth without anaesthetic?

Yes, for suitable dogs we provide non-anaesthetic ultrasonic teeth cleaning using Emmi Pet technology. This is designed for routine oral hygiene and visible build-up. It is not a replacement for veterinary treatment where dental disease is present.

Can you remove tartar from my dog's teeth?

We can help reduce visible plaque and tartar on accessible tooth surfaces as part of a professional cleaning session. If there is significant disease, loose teeth, infection, pain or problems below the gum line, veterinary assessment is required.

What happens if you find a dental problem?

If we see anything that may need veterinary attention, we will advise you to contact your vet.

Is dog teeth cleaning painful?

Our service is designed to be gentle and non-invasive for suitable dogs. If a dog shows signs of pain, distress or suspected dental disease, we will not try to push through the treatment and will recommend veterinary advice.

Reviews

Kara was amazing. Not only did she do a great job of cleaning my 2 year old spaniels teeth but she managed to get him to sit still and behave whilst she did it. Kara was clearly very confident and experienced in every way and I have already booked my other dog in for next time she is in my area, Cleaning a dogs teeth this way is so much better and kinder than taking them to the vet's for a teeth clean. Highly recommend

Highly recommend Doggy Dentals. She is amazing with my nervous Maltese shitzu. It was such a breeze and a calm relaxed the whole time. i was more nervous at times during the procedure than my pooch. A normal snappy growly dog when he doesn't like something but none of that. She works wonders! So proud of my boy and his teeth are sparkling

My Bella is five years old and I was getting increasingly concerned at how bad her teeth were getting. I was having a nightmare of huge vet bills. Soooo glad I was recommended to Doggy Dentals. What an amazing service and brilliant product. Bella's teeth are now pearly white, clean and shiny. It was such a painless experience to, easy to book, appointment times adhered to and lots and lots of good advice on dog health and nutrition. I just can't recommend Kara enough! Thank you Doggy Dentals!
